Co-founder of the original Edusystems, she led operations, including procurement, logistics, finance, and technology. She understands how to deliver on a contract and how to support consultants working overseas. She developed custom software to support international procurement from RFQ through installation. Barbara is now co-owner / director of Eduteq Limited in the UK.

David Osgood has 30+ years of experience in international development.
Before retiring from CH2M HILL in September of 2013, David spent nearly 40 years in international business. Starting in 1977, David worked for five years in Trinidad and Tobago and later spent 25 years in the Middle East managing US government contracts in Egypt and in other countries in the region.
